This Tonga stool is carved from a single piece of timber with a shallow, rounded seat and a delicately pierced base that gives it a totem-like presence. The deep, natural wood tones and subtle carving marks make it feel like a small sculpture, perfect for use as a plinth for an object, a low accent beside a chair or bed, or layered into a corner with baskets and vessels to add quiet African texture.
