Crackled Begonia Vase
A gorgeous blue glazed medium to large sized vase measuring 56cm high and in a deep blue that is not too bright nor too dark with a light cracked glaze. The "begonia-shaped" vase, also known as Haitangzun in Chinese, is named after the Begonia flower, which is a traditional floral motif frequently used in Chinese art. The vase shape is characterized by lobed sections that resemble the petals of the Begonia flower, with a concave neck and an everted floral rim standing on a low flaring foot.
