Storage Basket - Pakistan No.1
A beautiful vintage storage basket from Pakistan, featuring a distinctive rounded form and sculptural conical lid. Traditionally handwoven from natural fibres using a tightly coiled technique, this unique piece showcases the artistry and craftsmanship of traditional basketry.
Rich earthy brown tones and a beautifully aged patina are complemented by rustic metal fittings, including decorative iron loops and fastening brackets that secure the lid. These handcrafted metal details add an industrial touch and enhance the basket's authentic vintage character.
The intricate woven texture and generous proportions make this one-of-a-kind piece both a practical storage solution and a striking decorative feature. Perfect for storing throws, cushions or household essentials, it brings warmth, texture and organic charm to contemporary, coastal and eclectic interiors.
