Large Items
Sydney Metropolitan
Orient House will provide you with a delivery confirmation within 24 hours of your order being received.
We will deliver your order as arranged with a 2 hour window.
All other Areas
Orient House will provide an estimated delivery date within 48 hours being received.
Our reliable third-party transport company will provide you with a delivery confirmation 24 hours prior to the estimated delivery date.
They will deliver your order during business hours and you will be notified on the morning of your delivery with a two hour window.
We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.
Regional and remote deliveries may expect an estimated delivery date on an order of up to 2-3 weeks, dependent upon location.
Access
Please consider the placement of items and potential delivery obstacles such as entryways and staircases before placing your order. Additional charges may be applicable. If access issues prevent delivery, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you are aware of potential access issues and would like a confirmed delivery quote prior to purchase, please contact us.
Customers must be present at the agreed delivery time and provide access to the driver.
Small Décor Items
For small décor items, we ship Australia-wide via Couriers Please. The delivery cost will be calculated at the checkout based on your postcode. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.
Items will either be left at your home if it is safe to do so, or taken back to the branch for an alternative delivery arrangement. This may incur an additional charge at your cost.
Shipping Time Frame
Shipping time will vary, taking 2-14 days to arrive depending on your location in Australia.
- East coast capital cities: 2-5 days
- Adelaide, Perth, Darwin, Tasmania & regional centres: 5-10 days
- Remote locations: Please contact us for an accurate time frame.
